At Brassly, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your handcrafted brass and copper home decor items. We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about our order cancellation process.
How to Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Since production typically begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within this window.

What Happens After You Cancel?
Once your cancellation request is processed, we will stop production on your item, and no further charges will be applied. If you have already made a payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, we are unable to cancel or modify your order, as crafting typically begins within the first 48 hours. If your order is already in production, it will proceed as planned.
Return Policy
If you need to cancel your order after the 24-hour period or decide that you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for more information on how to initiate a return.
Important Notes
- We strive to begin crafting your item as soon as possible, which is why cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours.
- If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer accept cancellations, but you may still be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy.
