Brassly Warranty

Every Brassly product includes a 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing and structural defects. Our policy is fair to you and sustainable for our artisans.

Our handcrafted brass and copper pieces are built to last. If a genuine defect appears without customer interference, we’ll make it right under the terms below. This helps protect customers while keeping prices fair and sustainable.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects that occur under normal use, including:

  • Structural frame defects (e.g., joints or connections failing due to material or craftsmanship issues).
  • Seam/weld failures and leaks on bathtubs or sinks caused by manufacturing faults (not by impact or misuse).
  • Defective fittings (taps, drains, mounting points) failing under normal use without tampering.

If a covered issue is confirmed, Brassly will provide a replacement per the “How it works” section.

What’s Not Covered

  • Customer misuse, neglect, accidental damage, dents, or scratches from handling or installation.
  • Improper installation or non-approved modifications/repairs.
  • Damage from harsh chemicals/cleaners or abrasive pads.
  • Natural patina/tarnish and finish variations typical of brass and copper as they age.
  • Water damage caused by poor sealing or installation performed by third parties.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor surface marks from everyday use.

How the Warranty Works

  1. Contact us at info@brassly.com with:
    • Order number and purchase date
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue and the full product
    • A brief description of how the product has been used/installed
  2. Assessment — Our team reviews your submission. In some cases we may request additional photos, a pro installer report, or a physical inspection.
  3. Resolution — If the issue is covered, we’ll arrange a replacement at 50% of the original product price, plus:
    • Return delivery fee (shipping the defective item back to Brassly)
    • New delivery fee (shipping the replacement to you)

    This shared-cost model keeps coverage generous without raising prices for all customers.

Warranty period: 5 years from the original delivery date to the original purchaser. Coverage is non-transferable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure professional installation by a qualified tradesperson.
  • Follow Brassly’s Care & Maintenance Guide for cleaning and upkeep.
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications or repairs that could void the warranty.
  • Retain proof of purchase and installation records.
